Reset your mirror.
1. Ensure the USB charger and charging cable are working by testing on a mobile phone or rechargeable product.
2. A full charge will take 4-8 hours depending on mirror model and USB charger rating.
3. If the battery level is too low, you may not see any recharge light indicator for up to 10 minutes.
4. If the mirror is unable to charge after 4 hours, perform mirror reset procedure.

Reset the mirror.
1. Turn on the mirror by pressing the on/off power button. A green indicator light should display upon powering on the mirror. If no light is displayed, press and hold the on/off power button.
2. If the green indicator light is not displaying, the mirror needs to be recharged.

Test the sensor.
1. Clean the sensor lens using a soft cloth.
2. Place your hand 4-6 inches in front of the sensor to activate the mirror light.

Recharge the mirror.
1. Recharge the mirror for a minimum of 30 minutes and try again.
2. If the battery level is too low, you may not see any recharge light indicator for up to 10 minutes. Test the sensor again.

1. Clean the sensor with rubbing alcohol and a mircofiber cloth.
2. Ensure nothing is interfering with the sensor.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, reset the mirror.
Press the power button on the bottom or back of the unit (depending on the model) to power off the mirror. Leave the mirror powered off for 20 seconds, then press the power button again to turn on the unit.

1. Connect the mirror to the charger so the mirror turns on.
2. Once charging indication (breathing OR solid green light) is started, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds within 10 seconds of plugging into the charger.
3. After pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds, an orange light will blink 3 times. Do NOT release.
4. Continue pressing (without releasing) the power button for 5 seconds. A solid orange light will appear for 3 seconds, indicating the user settings have been cleared.
5. As soon as the orange light turns ON, release the power button and wait to push again between 1-5 seconds.
6. Press and continue to hold the power button for 5 seconds.
7. After releasing the power button, all wifi profiles will be cleared and the mirror will enter linking mode followed by consecutive red and green blinking lights.
