This might happen after user tries to flip the mirror manually or object is in the way while mirror is auto-flipping. The mirror auto-protects the gear. To reset, simply double tap the touch control bar. You should be able to hear a click sound or see the mirror moves slightly, double tap on the touch control again for another 2 - 3 times and mirror should be able to flip normally.

1. Reset the mirror by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in.
2. Test the sensor:
   1. Clean the sensor lens using soft cloth.
   2. Place your hand 4-6 inches in front of the sensor to activate the mirror light.

First try this:

1. Make sure the USB charger and USB charging cable are working. Test them using a mobile phone or a rechargeable product.
2. A full charge will take 4 to 8 hours depending on mirror model and USB charger rating.
3. If the battery level is too low, you may not see any recharge light indication for up to 10 minutes.

If that doesn't work, reset your unit: Press the power button on the bottom or the back of the unit (depending on the model) to turn it off. Leave it off for 20 seconds, and then press the power button again to turn the unit on.

Reset the mirror:

1. Turn on the mirror by pressing the on/off power button. You should see the recharge light indicator to show green briefly. If it does not, press and hold the on/off power button again.
2. If you do not see the green light, you need to recharge the mirror.

Test the sensor:

1. Clean the sensor lens using soft cloth.
2. Place your hand 4-6 inches in front of the sensor to activate the mirror light.

Recharge the mirror:

1. Recharge the mirror for at least 30 minutes and try again.
2. If the battery level is too low, you may not see any recharge light indication for up to 10 minutes. You can test the sensor again.

First try this:

1. Clean the sensor with rubbing alcohol and a mircofiber cloth.
2. Make sure there is nothing interfering with the sensor.

If that doesn't work, reset your unit: Press the power button on the bottom or the back of the unit (depending on the model) to turn it off. Leave it off for 20 seconds, and then press the power button again to turn the unit on.

First, make sure the mirror isn't tilted at an angle that is out of the sensor range. You must be within 6-8 inches in front of the sensor (dark-tinted window on the light ring). After a short period of inactivity, light will dim and turn off automatically. If that doesn't work, recalibrate your mirror:

1. Remove the charger from your mirror.
2. Press and hold the power button on the bottom of the unit for 10 seconds, then release.
3. Wipe the sensor using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth.
4. Make sure nothing is placed in front of the mirror with a minimum 5 feet of clearance.
5. Press and hold the power button again for 10 seconds, then release.
6. Allow the mirror to sit for 1 minute while it finishes the reset.

Or do a hard reset by following these steps:

1. Plug your charger into the mirror. Hold the button on the back for 5 seconds.
2. Unplug the charger. Hold the button again for 5 seconds.
3. Plug the charger in again. You should see a blinking light at the base of the mirror. If not, press the button again for 5 seconds.
4. If the mirror has been linked before and you still can't connect, contact customer service to clear the previously stored profile.
