Auto refill orders are available only for eligible products. Auto refill is available to customers shipping to addresses within the fifty (50) contiguous US states. All returns under the auto refill program are subject to the simplehuman.com return policy.

The total cost charged to your payment method for each auto refill order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed, plus any applicable sales tax. The charge for each auto refill order shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your auto refill order or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your auto refill order with the payment method you have in your account, order may be canceled or changed. After your first order, we may send you an advanced notice prior to processing each auto refill order to confirm the next shipping date. If you wish to adjust, pause, or cancel your auto refill order, you can do so at any time using the Services and accessing your account. Your auto refill order will remain in effect until it is canceled. To prevent additional shipments or to change the auto refill, you must cancel or change before designated date before processing and shipment of the next order.
