We understand that sometimes a product might not be what you expected, that's why all returns to simplehuman ship free. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s).
We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from simplehuman.com for a period of 30 days from receipt. However, we are only able to accept returns for domestic orders (excluding US territories and APO/FPO addresses) on items purchased directly from simplehuman.com. We ship returns via FedEx.
NOTE: All monogrammed and personalized products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns ship free. Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received using your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
